HEAVEN

Heaven is a deaf Border Collie that was saved from an AR kill shelter recently.
Heaven is currently in a foster home in KY and doing very well.
He knows quite a few signs already including, "sit", "no" , "potty", "come" and "down" ..
Heaven is housebroken and gets along well with the other dogs , cats, reptiles and children in his foster home..
Heaven is neutered and up to date on all his shots and is heartworm negative..
His foster mom has this to say about Heaven-.
"Heaven has a wonderful personalitly. He always has a smile for you as you can see in the picture. .
Heaven seems to do better with women.
Heaven is crate trained and we have now been able to let him have free rein at night instead of putting him in his crate.
He is good with older children. He would be fine with younger ones, but he loves attention and jumps up when he gets excited. .
We are working everyday on his "listening" skills.
I just have to be persistent with him and he will do what I ask.
He is a very special dog and will make someone a wonderful companion.

Six foot fencing
No children under 8 years old

Heaven has a wonderful new Mom and a sweet Border Collie Fursister named Trixie
Heaven's new Mom is a Pediatric Nurse with a lot of dog training experience
Trixie is a very well trained lovable Border Collie
Heaven knew he was home the minute he met his new family:)
Heaven will be living with his new family in Cleveland Heights Ohio

CODA would like to thank our KY Foster parents Jason and Lori for taking such wonderful care of
Heaven while he was in foster care for 9 months waiting to find his perfect family.
They did a wonderful job of socializing Heaven and they loved him very much.
We know they will miss him dearly but they were very happy that Heaven has found such a wonderful
new mom of his own.

UPDATE 3/30/05
We visited Heaven today in his new home and he looks fabulous

UPDATE 5/2/05
Heaven has tested positive for heartworms. Even though CODA tested Heaven twice for heartworms and both times he tested negative he is now testing positive.
Please keep Heaven in your prayers as he goes through his heartworm
treatments.
UPDATE 1/1/06
Heaven was removed from his adoptive home and transported back to our KY foster home who
has offered Heaven a permanent loving forever home.
Heaven's CODA fur brother Sparky is safely back at CODA's main facility and
will be available for adoption shortly after retraining on his "signs" and resocialization
